Our client is a fast-growing FinTech platform and they are seeking a data‑driven and execution‑focused Campaign Marketing Manager to lead multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and trading activity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys taking campaigns from strategy to optimization.

Your new role

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive new customer growth and increase platform engagement.
  
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and ensure initiatives meet business objectives.
  
• Manage campaign workflows across digital, CRM, social, and partnership channels, ensuring smooth implementation.
  
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, creative, and compliance teams to ensure brand alignment and regulatory accuracy.
  
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  
• 5 years of experience in campaign management, ideally in fintech, e‑commerce, or digital‑first industries.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaigns.
  
• Familiarity with multi‑channel marketing tools (e.g., CRM, automation, paid media).
  
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
