Identify and drive local market growth opportunities and marketing initiatives to accelerate payment volume growth for Monee products, including ShopeePay and SPayLater
Plan and execute end-to-end 360° local marketing campaigns to drive awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and adoption across Singapore market segments
Serve as the key point of contact (POC) for local brand partners, co-develop joint marketing initiatives, manage campaign deliverables and approvals, and ensure strong partnership outcomes
Conduct analysis and reporting on campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations to optimize growth
Collaborate closely with cross-functional local teams including Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to ensure timely execution and alignment with local business objectives
Support key local strategic projects, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives to strengthen Monee’s market presence and competitive positioning in Singapore
Minimum 2 years' working experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time
Self-starter and strong individual contributor, able to ideate and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Industry experience in Payments, FinTech, or e‑commerce is a plus
