Rubick has catalogued over 5M SKUs for 200+ leading eCommerce brands like Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, TataCliq, Hudson Bay, The Luxury Closet, and Myer across India, US, Singapore, Australia, UAE and other international markets.


We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate to work closely with the Customer Success Team in designing and delivering POCs for prospective clients. The focus will be on understanding client catalog needs, aligning our solutions to their challenges, and supporting the execution of tailored data enrichment and classification workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing POCs that demonstrate catalog creation, enrichment, and classification solutions for potential clients.

  • Collaborate with client teams to understand their product data requirements, taxonomy needs, and content quality goals.

  • Support catalog audits, quality checks, and data validation processes.

  • Work with internal teams to design workflows that optimize catalog data structuring, tagging, and classification.

  • Prepare and present documentation, reports, and dashboards highlighting POC results and impact.

  • Ensure adherence to briefs, timelines, and quality standards while delivering solutions.

  • Gather feedback and assist in iterating on POC designs to meet client-specific challenges.


Requirements

  • Understanding of product catalogs, classification systems, and data enrichment processes within the fashion or e-commerce sector.

  • Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into structured data solutions.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills in English – verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory for handling catalog data.

  • Customer-oriented approach and willingness to adapt to diverse client needs.

  • Ability to work effectively across teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in cataloging, taxonomy design, content creation, or data classification.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, product information management, or fashion retail workflows.

  • Previous exposure to professional services, client engagement, or project delivery.


Education and Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in content or catalog-related roles.

  • Experience in a client-facing environment is a plus.
