The Role:
You are responsible to provide administrative and analytical support to the team. In the course of your work, you will liaise with suppliers, operations and marketing departments to ensure smooth execution of product listing and promotion. In addition, you will provide timely and accurate reports and analysis to the management.
Principal Accountabilities:
Prepare and submit all system maintenance forms before the cut-off time
Prepare payment requisition
Prepare monthly billing for claims/promotion/new product listings, & etc
Liaise with suppliers on promotions forms and claims and settle discrepancies
Prepare and compile agency format for submission to marketing, store bulletin and letter of authorization to vendors
Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on space management as per Category Manager’s plans
Prepare sales report and analysis for Merchandise Manager and Category Manager
Prepare promotion listing via securing support, consolidation and running tool
Prepare slides presentation and meeting
Assist category managers on ad-hoc projects like onsite or offsite activities
Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Min Diploma in Business Management or related academic qualifications
Min 1 year of relevant experience in retail or FMCG industry
Dynamic, self-motivated , open-minded and able to work under pressure
Proactive, enjoy teamwork and able to work independently
Committed to learn and grow with the team.
Possess excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel (pivot/lookup functions) and Powerpoint
Basic analysis on data and ability to prepare automated templates/dashboard is an advantage
