Details of the Division and Team:
This is a cross product regional Transition role responsible for ensuring that Prime Brokerage clients’ integration is delivered within time and to the clients’ expectations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for our external clients from inception to go-LIVE.

Your key responsibilities:
Manage client expectations between Deutsche Bank capabilities and client requirements.
Lead weekly stakeholder call, providing updates from a Transition front as and when required.
Manage and Prioritise the Transition Pipeline of APAC clients with the business team.
Manage the delivery of Client/Sales requests through KYC, Credit, Legal, IT and Operations teams.
Define Client Requirements with Prime Brokerage and Local Market Sales teams e.g. ecommerce trading access, reporting requirements, relevant client clearing, execution & other relevant docs, commission rates, delivery dates
Manage and coordinate Legal, Credit and Compliance sign offs in respective on-boarding systems
Manage account opening, static set up and training with Client Services and e-Commerce teams.
Visit clients with relevant Sales & Client Services to review the service offering.
Liaise directly with Sales teams and Clients to define and deliver new Reporting requirements e.g. new or amended reports on reporting platform or via FTP, new reporting processes.
Provide MIS reporting, highlights to Business on a monthly basis on the progress of pipeline opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities & Functions
Extend relationship or requires new relationship in in respective on-boarding systems.
Quality Assurance (QA)/ KYC – Coordinate constitutional documents with Sales, Client & QA to facilitate KYC.
Credit – Coordinate Credit approval with Sales & Credit department
Legal – Request and coordinate negotiation of relevant Legal agreements with Legal, Client and Business.
Facilitate sign off in dbCAR by all parties.
Account Set-Up
Confirmation of various client data, products traded, contact information.
Coordinate account set up with information gathered from client with Static.
IT Coordination and Set-Up
Able to provide/ coordinate testing to the client prior go-LIVE if required.
Liaise with e-Commerce team to complete set up in trading systems.
Liaise with transition support to ensure client reports are correctly set up in DB’s reporting portal.
Your skills and experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in an Operations OR onboarding role in financial services sector
Experience in legal documentation
Experience as a Project / Program Manager, ability to manage external counterparty and internal stakeholders' interaction and relationship management
Minimum a bachelor’s degree
Team player with effective communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Negotiation skills and the ability to manage individual clients’ expectations
A self-starter and ability to run various client projects independently
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
