Central Kitchen Operations Executive/ Partner_Up till $5000 basic + variable bonus

• Working Days: 5 or 6 days alternating work week. (5/6/5/6) 

• Working Timing: 7am – 5pm/ 7am – 3pm/ 8am – 4pm/ 11.30am – 3.30pm/ 9.30am – 7.30pm (Depending on roster)

• Working Location: Multiple locations

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and overseeing daily order fulfillment operations, including packing, dispatch, inventory control, and e-commerce order processing. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of products to stores and customers, maintains optimal inventory levels, and upholds product quality and packaging standards. The position also involves troubleshooting operational issues, improving fulfillment efficiency, minimizing wastage and logistics costs, and supporting revenue growth through enhanced customer experience. Additionally, responsible for staff training, SOP updates, and maintaining compliance with hygiene and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the F&B industry.
