Salary: Up to $8,200 (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)
Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract (Renewable & Convertible)
Work Day: Mondays to Fridays
Work Hours: Office Hours
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable professional to support organisational change initiatives. The role involves creating clear and engaging communications, supporting project teams, and helping ensure smooth adoption of change within the organisation. Creativity is valued, but the focus is on effective change management support rather than professional design.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of communications materials.
Simplify complex information into concise, easily understandable content for different audiences.
Support project teams in implementing change initiatives and organisational programs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organisational objectives.
Maintain a visible, high-quality standard of communications to enhance employee engagement.
Leverage basic design and content creation tools to produce professional-looking materials.
Demonstrate awareness of change management concepts and principles, or show willingness to quickly learn and apply them in projects.
Continuously contribute ideas for improving change management communications and processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Understanding of digital change management, or keen to learn and grow in this area.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic creative skills in producing visually appealing presentations and content.
Portfolio of previous coursework, projects, or work samples demonstrating communications and content creation skills is preferred.
