Job Summary
The Business Channel Analyst Executive will drive ecosystem growth by combining strategy with market intelligence. This role requires a hybrid of strategic business analysis and channel management, positioning you as the key link between Transformists and our growing network of partners and customers
Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Conduct in-depth cost-benefit analyses and market gap assessments to identify new business opportunities aligned with cultural, geopolitical, and regulatory contexts
- Evaluate partner and market performance using data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Monitor geopolitical, cultural, and regulatory factors to adapt and influence partner strategies effectively
- Identify business portfolio gaps and develop strategies to optimize processes and enhance value propositions
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players to support collaborative ventures and align with business goals
- Lead digital business development initiatives to increase customer engagement and improve service experiences
Channel Strategy & Partner Management
- Cultivate and sustain meaningful partner relationships by understanding their goals and delivering mutually beneficial solutions
- Recruit and onboard new partners to expand the channel ecosystem, enabling entry into new sectors and revenue streams
- Leverage technology and content marketing initiatives to support partners in achieving measurable success through KPI analysis and tactical improvements
- Assess emerging technologies to enhance program effectiveness and competitive advantage
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver partner training and content that improves performance and retention
- Ensure partner activities comply with Transformists’ brand standards, values, and regulatory guidelines
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program processes and market positioning
- Develop and implement partner engagement strategies that drive revenue growth
- Educate partners on new product offerings, promotions, and updates to maximize market impact
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing partners with actionable insights on market conditions and performance optimization
