Channel Marketing Specialist (Fintech)

Our client, a well-established fintech is seeking a dynamic Channel Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition and growth for their fintech platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new acquisition channels, including partnerships, affiliates, KOLs/influencers, and digital platforms

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive user growth, engagement, and conversion

• Build and manage strategic partnerships (e.g. lifestyle platforms, media partners, fintech ecosystems) to expand distribution reach

• Own end-to-end campaign execution, including channel strategy, messaging, budgeting, and performance tracking

• Collaborate with product, growth, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and business objectives

• Monitor campaign performance and optimise channels using data-driven insights (CAC, conversion rates, ROI)

• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring strong channel alignment

• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely and effective delivery

• Stay up to date with fintech trends, competitor activities, and emerging growth channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 3–6 years of experience in channel marketing, growth marketing, or partnerships, preferably within fintech, brokerage, or digital platforms

• Proven track record in driving user acquisition through multiple marketing channels

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and partnership ecosystems

• Experience managing campaigns end-to-end with measurable outcomes
