About the Role
We are looking for a Channel Partnerships Lead to drive user acquisition and brand growth through global influencer and channel partnerships.
This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, influencer (KOL/KOC) strategy, and data-driven growth, requiring someone who can identify high-potential partners, scale overseas channels, and continuously optimize conversion performance. You will play a key role in expanding our global presence in the finance and investment space by leveraging social platforms and strategic partnerships to drive high-quality user growth.
Key Responsibilities

KOL & Channel Expansion: Identify and recruit high-potential KOLs and KOCs across global platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) within the finance, investing, and trading space. Develop partnership strategies to drive targeted user acquisition and conversions. -
Influencer Campaign Management: Design and execute collaboration frameworks with influencers, providing guidance and incentives to co-create high-quality content that aligns with growth objectives. -
Growth Strategy & Experimentation: Design and optimize A/B testing frameworks, leveraging data insights to continuously iterate on growth strategies and improve campaign performance. -
User Insight & Lifecycle Optimization: Analyze target user behavior and needs, refining content, acquisition, and retention strategies to improve engagement, brand affinity, and lifetime value. -
Channel Partnerships & Relationship Management: Establish and manage relationships with overseas partners and distribution channels, driving traffic acquisition while maintaining long-term, scalable collaborations. -
Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor key growth metrics (e.g., conversion rates, retention, engagement), analyze traffic sources and user behavior, and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies. -
Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on global market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform overseas growth and marketing decisions.
What We're Looking For

Experience & Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in internet, finance, securities, or fintech industries. Experience in overseas markets or global growth is highly preferred. -
Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of global social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including trends, content formats, and growth mechanics. -
Growth & Data Capability: Solid experience with growth strategies and tools, including A/B testing, attribution analysis, and user segmentation. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive decisions through data. -
Influencer & Partnership Skills: Proven ability to identify, engage, and manage KOL/influencer relationships, with strong negotiation and partnership development skills. -
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, global partners. Fluent in English for business communication with overseas stakeholders. -
Creative & Strategic Thinking: Innovative mindset with strong market insight and the ability to design impactful campaigns and solve complex growth challenges. -
