Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between Sales and Legal to shepherd agency agreements through their lifecycles, handling amendments and compliance checks.

  • Manage billing reconciliations, credit approvals, invoicing pipelines, and payment dispute resolutions to maintain flawless fiscal health.

  • Audit existing agency operational workflows, diagnose friction points, and architect scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Translate intricate advertising product mechanics and algorithmic logic into digestible, localized playbooks, training guides, and resources.

  • Oversee localized outreach strategies, authoring regulatory updates, incentive program announcements, and B2B newsletters (EDMs).

  • Evaluate regional campaign data to extract actionable best practices, helping agencies maximize ROI and scale their ad spend.

  • Coordinate and host B2B masterclasses, technical webinars, and partner workshops designed to elevate product adoption.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance squads to resolve systemic delivery roadblocks and technical glitches for agencies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent track record of practical professional experience.

  • 1–3 years navigating digital media, sales operations, ad tech, or management consulting. Prior experience inside a tech platform or media agency is a major plus.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a comfort level analyzing complex legal clauses and large financial datasets.

  • Familiarity with programmatic auction dynamics, performance marketing frameworks, and digital analytics suites.

  • Experience assisting with or leading corporate events, virtual webinars, or industry roundtables.
