 About the Company 


OpenCanvas is building the Universal Visual Automation Agent — a groundbreaking AI-powered tool that automates any workflow by reading pixels on the screen, not code. Using a Pure AI Vision Engine with advanced computer vision, it interprets UIs like a human (via screenshots), understands interfaces visually, decomposes natural language instructions into executable steps, and performs actions autonomously across local desktop apps, web browsers, legacy systems, and more. 


Key highlights include: 


● Natural language → visual workflow automation (e.g., "Download PDF invoices from email and save to Dropbox" or complex DevOps/QA pipelines) 


● Security features like gating sensitive actions and real-time visible execution (ghost-mouse tracking) 


● Reusable "Skills" repository for saved workflows 


● Targets productivity admins, developers, DevOps, QA teams, and enterprises dealing with repetitive tasks, data entry, OCR extraction, and integrations (Salesforce, Excel, Chrome, Slack, Notion, etc.) 


Positioned at the forefront of agentic AI, visual automation, and the exploding no-code/low-code market. We are ready to scale rapidly in Singapore and Southeast Asia — and we're seeking a proven founder-CEO to lead us to multi-million ARR, Series A funding, and market leadership. 


The Role 


We need a battle-tested CEO who has founded and scaled tech companies (ideally in AI, agents, automation, SaaS, or visual tech) and is ready to take a high-potential visual AI agent product to the next level. You will own full strategy, fundraising (up to Series A from VCs/institutions), revenue scaling to $3M+ ARR, team building in Singapore, product roadmap, go-to-market, and exit path. 


Key Responsibilities 


● Define and drive the vision: Scale the Universal Visual Automation Agent to dominate AI-driven visual workflow automation 


● Lead fundraising: Secure Seed extension/Series A from top VCs and institutional investors 


● Grow revenue to US$3 million+ ARR with strong B2B SaaS/automation economics 


● Build and lead a world-class team of 10+ (scaling to 15–25) in engineering, product, sales, and operations in Singapore 


● Oversee go-to-market, partnerships, and customer acquisition focused on developers, enterprises, and productivity users 


● Guide the product roadmap, enhancing AI vision, agentic execution, security, and real-world use cases 


● Position OpenCanvas for a strong exit (acquisition track record preferred) 


● Represent the company to investors, customers, partners, and the Singapore/APAC ecosystem 


Must-Have Qualifications & Experience 


Founder track record: Founded one or more tech companies (Singapore/international experience a plus) 


Scaling success: Scaled at least one company to US$3 million+ annual revenue/sales 


Team growth: Built and led teams from early stage to 10+ full-time employees 


Fundraising expertise: Closed funding rounds up to Series A from reputable VC funds and institutional investors (full cycle experience required) 


Exit experience: Delivered a successful company exit (acquisition, trade sale, or IPO involvement) 


Domain fit: Hands-on experience in AI (agents, vision, automation) and/or e-commerce/enterprise SaaS/automation highly preferred 


● at least 10 years of experience in a managerial role


● at least a Bachelor degree qualification in Business Management/Business Administration


What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months 


● Close a Series A (or equivalent growth capital) round 


● Achieve 3×+ revenue run-rate growth with key product, customer, and retention milestones 


● Expand the Singapore team to 15–20 exceptional talent 


● Solidify product-market fit and launch scalable go-to-market for the Visual Automation Agent
