Job description
Trove is an ecommerce software business that enables brands to manage corporate ordering and gifting through a structured workflow, including bulk and multi recipient ordering, address upload workflows, operational coordination, and reporting. Singapore is our APAC hub as we scale across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder based in Singapore to lead APAC operations and expansion execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Trove’s Singapore and Southeast Asia operations as the APAC hub across onboarding, customer success, and operational performance


• Own regional go to market execution from Singapore including partnerships, pipeline management, and key account coordination across Singapore and Southeast Asia


• Build and manage the Singapore operating model including processes, controls, reporting cadence, and service standards


• Manage key relationships including brands, corporate customers, vendors, logistics partners, and agencies


• Oversee vendor operations and fulfilment coordination to deliver reliable service outcomes across the region


• Lead customer onboarding and implementation including configuration, training, and ongoing account management


• Coordinate operational finance and compliance activities relevant to Singapore operations


• Report regularly to the Board on operational performance, pipeline, and risks

Requirements

• Masters degree or equivalent


• 7+ years experience in operations leadership within a technology or ecommerce environment


• Experience building and operating corporate ordering workflows for ecommerce brands, including bulk and multi recipient ordering and address upload workflows


• Experience managing vendor networks and fulfilment coordination across Singapore and Southeast Asia


• Experience leading customer onboarding and customer success processes for B2B customers


• Strong stakeholder management and execution capability in a hands on role
