Client Account Executive (E-Commerce / Logistics)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

• Oversee daily order fulfilment, returns, and delivery performance across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop).

• Coordinate with internal operations and warehouse teams to manage escalations, delays, or discrepancies.

• Monitor service levels and proactively highlight potential disruptions to clients.

• Support client onboarding, including documentation, platform integration, and process alignment.

• Prepare service review reports covering fulfilment KPIs such as order turnaround times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance.

• Escalate client concerns or improvement opportunities to management for timely resolution.

• Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Operations teams on promotions, product rollouts, and channel expansion.

• Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and portfolio expansion.

• Assist the sales team with quotations and commercial matters.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• 1–3 years’ experience in client servicing, account management, or logistics operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and resolve issues efficiently.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with omnichannel fulfilment processes (e-commerce, retail, B2B) will be an advantage.

• Independent, proactive, and able to contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience.

Additional Information:

Salary: Basic $2,800 - $3,800 + VB

Time:-

• Monday - Friday (work at office either from 8.30am to 5.30pm, OR 9am to 6pm, to decide by candidate)

• Saturday (work from home 8.30am to 12.30pm)
