Working Hours
5 Days Work Week (Including Weekends)
10:00am – 7:00pm / 11:00am – 8:00pm (Rotating Shift)
Salary
Up to $5,300/month + AWS + Target Bonus (Up to 11.5%) + Commission
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of client service ambassadors to achieve service and sales targets
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, live chat, social media)
Act as escalation point for complex customer issues
Coach and develop team members through performance reviews and action plans
Drive online and phone sales performance
Monitor KPIs, customer satisfaction trends, and operational performance
Collaborate with internal teams for after-sales service and customer support
Requirements
Experience in call centre / customer service management (retail or e-commerce preferred)
Familiar with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), telephony & contact centre tools
Experience with workforce planning / scheduling tools is an advantage
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
