Working hours: 5 days per week including weekends
10am - 7pm / 11am - 8pm
Salary: up to $5.3k + AWS + Bonus + Comms
Job Duties:
Oversee the daily operations of the Client Relations Centre for a global luxury group.
Act as a key liaison between customer service ambassadors, luxury brands and the home market.
Serve as the first point of contact for ambassadors regarding systems, processes, and procedures.
Support the Head of Client Relations Centre in addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
Facilitate online and phone sales to achieve service and revenue targets.
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email, live chat, and social media.
Coach and supervise ambassadors to meet service quality and sales performance goals.
Monitor team performance, conduct regular check-ins, and implement action plans for improvement.
Analyse customer feedback and satisfaction trends and report insights to management.
Ensure accurate data processing, policy compliance, and collaborate with customer service teams on repairs and after-sales support.
Requirement
Call center /customer service management experience, preferably in the retail / e-Commerce industry
Knowledge of contact center management tools (ideally SalesForce): CRM, Interaction Management, telephony and social media management.
Operational experience with WFM and/or roster planning and scheduling tools in a contact center environment
Has prior management experience
