Clubhouse Manager


We are looking for a Clubhouse Manager to drive the overall success of our Rapha Singapore Clubhouse. A seasoned retailer and an inspiring people leader, you know what it takes to create a world-class customer experience, bringing the Rapha brand to life in Singapore.


With energy and a strong desire to engage in the local cycling community, ride with customers, and build relationships, you will help grow Rapha’s presence and create a store environment that flourishes. Your community-led mindset, knowledge of Singapore’s cycling networks, and unbeatable relationship-building skills will help establish strong connections with local riders, clubs, and partners while driving commercial success. You will oversee the Singapore Clubhouse, working with key stakeholders to achieve sales growth and profitability through strategic vision and execution.


The Role:



  • Responsible for the overall performance of Rapha's Singapore Clubhouse store


  • Owning Rapha in Singapore – Create a localized strategy, make decisions, and take action to grow cycling culture and deliver Rapha’s business goals


  • Responsible for achieving EBITDA & Retail Key Performance Indicators


  • Ensure every in-store guest receives a world-class, unique experience that embodies the best of Rapha


  • Leverage business insights and product performance to identify commercial and community opportunities in the Singapore market


  • Work cross-functionally to create a compelling, Singapore-focused strategy, implementing plans to grow cycling and inspire a life by bike


  • Ensure employee experience is ‘best-in-class’ and aligned with Rapha’s values


  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive customer acquisition through engaging activations and local partnerships


  • Lead the team in running the Clubhouse efficiently and drive localized event & ride programming for maximum ROI


  • Work with Merchandising & VM Teams to highlight the best product selection while maintaining high standards


  • Deliver an inspirational in-store experience through meticulous attention to detail


  • Coach & develop teams to embody Rapha’s behaviours and values


  • Be a Rapha ambassador, seen as a role model who brings Rapha’s core values to life



The Candidate


Candidates may possess the following skills. We're open to a wide variety of backgrounds and skill sets that may fulfil the requirements in a similar way.



  • 3-5 years experience in a retail leadership role


  • Passion for delivering world-class customer experiences and being present on the sales floor


  • Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding expectations


  • An understanding of food & beverage retailing (experience in café operations is a plus)


  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, and attention to detail


  • Strong stakeholder management skills


  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills


  • Enthusiastic about community and relationship-building in Singapore's cycling scene


  • Ability to network, recruit, train, and develop talent


  • Creativity to host memorable events that bring Rapha’s experience to life


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


  • Ability to be flexible and agile to meet business needs


  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of delivering results


  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
