Description
We are a small but growing company in the specialty coffee industry. One of our core operations is roasting our own coffee beans in Singapore using 10kg and 50kg commercial roasters.
We are looking for a long-term, independent, and responsible individual to join our Operations / Fulfilment Team.
Job Scope
Communicate with our clients by whatsapp call and messages. Handle all our ecommerce platform communication messages
Be responsible to ensure all ecommerce orders are being packed and fulfillled correctly.
Manufacture and pack drip coffee bags. Pack and seal coffee beans (up to 3kg per bag)
Grind coffee beans into coffee powder
Prepare and bottle cold brew coffee (250ml bottles)
Wrap items with bubble wrap and pack orders securely
Assist with fulfilment for online orders, wholesale orders, café, and coffee machine departments
Maintain cleanliness of the packing and fulfilment area (cleaning and sweeping after work)
No allergy to coffee or cleaning detergents
Requirements
Physically able to handle up to 10kg loads
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Able to communicate in basic English (we are a multi-cultural team)
Advantageous (but not required)
Valid Food Hygiene Certification
Prior experience in packing or factory work
Factory location is at Pandan Loop — please ensure you are able to travel to this location
Working Days & Hours (5- or 6-day work week)
Option A:
Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm or 8:00am – 6:00pm
Option B:
Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
