Job Responsibilities
• Devise the correct product mix for global market place but specifically for the European and North American markets - working with senior leadership to devise a strategy for each stores ecommerce platforms and wholesale concessions
• Work closely with the product teams and advise on assortments, materials and colours based on previous sales and successes
• Work with design team from a buying and trend perspective having researched trends etc
• Undertake a deep analysis of all products best/worst sellers and devise planning strategy/communicating to all stakeholders
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also building exceptional relationships
• Work with production to ensure sustainability and compliance strategies are maintained
• Create mood boards for design
• Partner with sales, retail and wholesale teams
• Analyze best and worst sellers
• Undertake competitor research
• Partner with design team throughout collection build
Requirements
• Have 3-5 years experience within a similar role
• Have worked within footwear and accessories
• Experience in the luxury sector preferred
• Be a great communicator
• Have worked across global lines and understand the design process
• Display exceptional attention to detail
• Be confident working within a fast paced environment
• Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
