About the Team The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team drives revenue growth for TikTok by combining Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management, Agency Partnerships, and Marketing Science. Our entrepreneurial and ambitious client partner teams are focused on delivering impactful business results. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management


  • Identifying, prioritizing, and securing new business opportunities.

  • Establish and manage client relationships with brands and agencies

  • Retain and grow revenue from advertisers

  • Apply a consultative approach by offering strategic media recommendations to clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams globally across e-commerce, product, marketing, legal, and engineering to execute operational and strategic initiatives

Product Expertise


  • Lead product update discussions, educating brands and agencies on TikTok’s product offerings, and advising on best practices to maximize campaign performance.

  • Serving as an external product consultant to grow existing business partnerships and drive measureable results for clients, by sharing insights and solutions.

  • Collaborating directly with product and engineering teams to resolve client challenges during campaigns.

Campaign Planning and Management


  • Craft compelling sales propositions by leveraging internal and external data insights relevant to commerce verticals and challenges.

  • Managing campaign timelines, assets, and optimization opportunities from start to finish.

  • Coordinating with internal teams such as ad operations, product, R&D, and measurement to ensure smooth client journey e.g. onboarding, campaign execution, etc.

  • Conducting post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance, extract insights, and provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


  • BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field.

  • 5 years of experience in e-commerce or ad sales marketing and development, or a sales-related support function.

  • Adaptability and success in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.

  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce or retail industry, as well as digital media strategy, ad metrics, and platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams.

  • Growth mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence and engage C-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with analyzing data and delivering actionable insights.

  • Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

  • Advanced skills in campaign strategy and execution, particularly for web performance campaigns.
