About the role
The Commerce Operations Executive is the operational spine of the company's online direct-to-customer (D2C) storefront, owning the day-to-day running of the D2C storefront so that every order, listing, and promotion is executed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
Manage product listings on the online storefront, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability across the catalogue.
Plan and execute pricing and promotional campaigns in line with commercial targets and seasonal calendars.
Coordinate order processing end-to-end, from checkout through to fulfilment, liaising with logistics and warehouse partners.
Monitor and resolve fulfilment issues (stock-outs, delivery delays, order errors) quickly to protect the customer experience.
Track and triage customer-facing operational issues, escalating to the appropriate team where needed.
Maintain SOPs for daily storefront operations and identify opportunities to streamline workflows as order volumes grow.
About you
Preferably 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, retail operations, or order management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Candidates with studies in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields will have an advantage.
Comfortable working hands-on in e-commerce platforms and back-office order systems.
Strong attention to detail and a bias for getting the basics right, consistently.
Able to work cross-functionally with logistics, customer service, and commercial teams.
Calm under pressure when resolving live order or fulfilment issues.
Experience in the FMCG, food, or grocery e-commerce space is a plus.
