Commercial Director

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Commercial Director (Singapore/Malaysia) to lead our commercial strategy, drive sales, and grow profitability across all our Retail, E-commerce and Wholesale channels. This role will oversee sales, pricing, and supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with our brand and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.

• Drive retail, e-commerce and wholesale sales across Singapore and Malaysia.

• Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

• Collaborate with the Head Of Brand to plan product assortment, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure commercial activities align with business strategy.

• Lead and mentor the commercial team to achieve business goals.

• Prepare and manage commercial budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

• Monitor gross margins and profitability by channels.

• Promote a high-performance, results-driven culture across the commercial functions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in retail, with senior commercial leadership experience.

• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and sales strategy.

• Experience managing teams across multiple markets (Singapore and Malaysia preferred).

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Results-driven, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
