Community and Social Media Assistant

Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or other languages is an added advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Japanese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Japanese-speaking clients.
- Experience and interest managing various social media channels like Twitter, Bluesky, Reddit, Discord, etc.
- Experience and interest in ideating, planning, and executing marketing and visibility campaigns.
- Experience and interest in creating content for marketing and social media.
- Experience and interest in collaborating with content creators and press.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of online and popular culture.
- Good understanding of how to navigate online spaces and communities.
- Good eye for design.
- Experience/Interest in game development and production.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with video editing software.

Job Description:

- Content Creation: Filming and editing of videos, designing of graphics and other necessary content creation for marketing and promotional campaigns.

- Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborating with marketing and production teams to plan and execute short and long-term marketing and visibility campaigns.
