Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and registers.
- Support the monitoring of regulatory developments and help assess their impact on the business.
- Assist in due diligence checks, record-keeping, and preparation of compliance reports.
- Help with the preparation of materials for internal training and audits.
- Support day-to-day compliance operations, including transaction monitoring and regulatory submissions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information confidentially.
- Good analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interest in regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance.
