Job Description
Bizgram Asia Pte Ltd is looking for a Computer Shop E-Commerce Assistant to support our online marketplace operations. The role involves managing product listings, processing online orders, and assisting with daily e-commerce activities across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon Singapore.
This position requires physical presence in our office at Sim Lim Square and involves hands-on operational work.
Key Responsibilities
Create and update product listings on Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and other marketplaces
Manage product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock updates
Process online orders, packing coordination, and shipment preparation
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on marketplace platforms
Assist with planning promotions, campaigns, and marketplace activities
Maintain accurate inventory records and product information
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and stock management
Requirements
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Lazada / Shopee / Amazon preferred)
Familiarity with computers, IT products, or electronics retail is an advantage
Good organizational and communication skills
Able to work full-time on site at Sim Lim Square
Basic knowledge of Excel or product data management preferred
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle daily operational tasks
Working Hours
Full-time position with physical attendance required at our office.
