Job Description
Develop and drive the overall content strategy across website, blog, social, and video to achieve business objectives.
Establish and maintain content standards covering tone of voice, brand guidelines, accuracy, accessibility, and AI governance.
Lead multi-channel editorial planning aligned with search intent, audience insights, and funnel stages.
Oversee content production, SEO optimisation (metadata, internal linking, structured data), localisation, and distribution.
Manage site updates, content migrations, and redesigns to safeguard traffic and user experience.
Set content-led SEO priorities and guide technical improvements in collaboration with relevant teams.
Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and dashboards; translate insights into prioritized roadmaps.
Lead content experimentation and optimization to improve organic performance and engagement.
Build, mentor, and manage the content team, including workflows, performance, and vendor oversight.
Manage budgets, ensure cross-functional alignment, and oversee governance, compliance, and risk matters.
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in content, digital marketing, or SEO, with leadership exposure.
Strong expertise in content strategy, SEO principles, analytics, and performance-driven marketing.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at senior levels.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
