Description
As part of our expansion plans, Goldheart Jewelry is looking for a Content Marketing Executive to support our Assistant Manager, Content Marketing in bringing the brand to life across social and digital channels. This role is hands-on and execution-focused – perfect for a creator-marketer who loves making content, learning the craft and growing together with an in-house brand marketing team.
What you’ll do
Support the planning and execution of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Lemon8 and other platforms, from drafting posts to scheduling and publishing.
Assist in building and maintaining the content calendar, ensuring assets, copy and approvals are ready on time for campaigns, launches and always-on content.
Conceptualise and produce social-first content: brainstorm ideas, prepare simple storyboards, assist on shoots, capture behind-the-scenes, and suggest trends to tap on.
Shoot and edit short-form videos and simple motion content using mobile and basic editing tools (e.g. CapCut, in-app editors, Canva).
Draft, refine and proofread social copy, hooks and captions that are clear, on-brand and tailored to each platform.
Assist in localisation of content (English/Mandarin), checking language accuracy and cultural nuances, especially for Xiao Hong Shu.
Monitor comments, DMs and community interactions on social channels, flagging key feedback and opportunities to the team.
Coordinate and track influencer/KOL/creator content: follow-up on deliverables according to brand guidelines.
Assist managers to prepare performance reports (reach, engagement, followers, top content) and compiling insights for the team’s review.
Keep the content library organised – naming and filing footage, images, edits and copy so that assets are easy to find and reuse.
About you
1–3 years of experience in social media, content, marketing, or related roles; strong interns or fresh grads with solid portfolios are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Business, or a related field; candidates with strong portfolios from other disciplines will also be considered.
Active user of social platforms with a good feel for trends, formats and what makes content engaging for Gen Z and Millennials.
Basic skills in video editing and visual content creation (mobile editing apps, CapCut, Canva; bonus if you know Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or Photoshop).
Comfortable writing short, punchy captions and hooks; understands brand storytelling, able to adapt tone based on channel and objective.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage, especially for supporting content on Chinese-language platforms.
Detail-oriented, organised and reliable – you follow through, meet deadlines and take ownership of tasks.
Curious, coachable and eager to learn from feedback, with a genuine interest in fashion and culture.
What you’ll gain
Hands-on experience across multiple platforms and content formats, working closely with an experienced Assistant Manager, Content Marketing.
A growing portfolio of real brand work (videos, posts, content series) that you helped bring to life from idea to execution.
Exposure to brand, retail, e-commerce and influencer marketing, with clear pathways to grow into a more senior content or social role over time
