Position Overview
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's products, services, or brand. You will identify the appropriate campaign type and be able to reach specific users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market, product, and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.
- Create and optimise compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Brainstorm innovative ad ideas and collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution.
- Develop and execute content creation plans based on trends, performance and other related metrics, from start to finish.
- Plan and execute product, brand photo or video shoots when needed.
- Manage and optimise marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok), ensuring campaigns are up and running.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including creating email templates, segmenting audiences, and analysing campaign performance.
- Manage ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, including setting objectives, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to identify areas for improvement and implement optimisation strategies.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for campaigns.
- Other related responsibilities assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing or related
- At least 2 years digital marketing experience
- Content creation background / experience is a plus
- Must be comfortable being in front of cameras.
- Experience with copy-writing and design for e-commerce performance marketing.
- Experience with agency or direct to consumer e-commerce preferred.
- Results oriented. This role requires you to bring in results constantly.
