Responsibilities:
Planned and managed content pipelines across e-newsletters, social media, and website platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience engagement objectives.
Captured video footage and audio content to support digital and multimedia production.
Produced and edited video content based on defined storyboards and concepts, ensuring clear messaging, strong narrative flow, and effective pacing.
Translated briefs and ideas into compelling digital content tailored for online platforms.
Managed eDM campaigns, social media scheduling, and website updates, leveraging performance data (e.g., CTR, watch time) to optimise engagement.
Supported the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote programmes and events across multiple digital channels.
Ensured consistency in branding across all marketing materials, including key visuals, eDMs, and social media content.
Assisted in copywriting for captions and marketing communications to support campaigns and initiatives.
Contributed ideas and initiatives to drive lead generation and grow subscriber base.
Coordinated with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to deliver marketing and production requirements.
Managed assigned marketing budgets and ensured deliverables met KPIs within set timelines.
Analysed and reported on campaign and event performance, including post-event metrics.
Kept up-to-date with digital marketing trends and recommended improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in video/ content production, editing, digital marketing, and social media management or related fields.
Hands-on experience with video recording equipment and supporting hardware for content capture.
Proficient in design and editing tools, including AI-based applications, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other video editing software.
