Description
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute campaign mechanics such as seller missions, ranking competitions, and livestream tools to drive seller and creator participation during ecommerce sales periods.
Manage campaign configurations including budgets, vouchers, and promotional tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure in-app resources and seller communications are ready ahead of campaign launches.
Monitor campaign performance in real time, including voucher tracking and optimisations.
Review campaign results across mechanics and outreach channels; document key learnings and provide data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Progressively take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning and execution, working directly with internal stakeholders.
Minimum requirements:
Prior internship experience in ecommerce is required.
Possess a Bachelor's degree, Polytechnic Diploma or tertiary education degree, with a specialization in Marketing/Business Administration
Independent and self-motivated, demonstrating a sense of ownership for projects.
Stakeholder and project management skills, with a proven track record in delivering cross-functional projects.
