As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
- Support in research, development and implementation of content policies.
- Conduct RCA for leakages and work cross functionally with Algo and Moderation teams to mititgate risks.
- Monitor and review key business data indicators, collect feedback from collaborative departments, provide suggestions to improve the systems and policies via summarizing and abstracting issues and cases.
- Design and implement strategies and policies to mitigate risks, monitor, and enhance the overall quality of the ecommerce content ecosystem.
- LLM Application Management – Learn and apply AI Agent workflows to detect and enforce new risky content trends.
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on investigative tasks.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience in e-commerce or technology-related roles or prior exposure as an online seller or content creator on platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or SQL.
- Interest in platform governance, risk, or operational policy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
