About the Team The Creative Content Solutions Manager team sits at the intersection of data, culture, and creativity, driving TikTok’s business growth through impactful storytelling and measurable outcomes.


We decode what makes content work — from creative intelligence and cultural trends to AI-powered solutions and creator innovations — turning insights into strategies that help brands grow with TikTok. Role Overview As a Creative Content Solutions Manager for Singapore & Malaysia, you will be both a strategic storyteller and a data-led consultant, guiding brands and internal teams to craft content that moves culture and delivers measurable results.


You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders — across Product, Sales, Data, and Marketing Science — to design, pilot, and scale creative solutions that align brand goals with TikTok’s most innovative tools and products.



  • Act as a creative consultant to internal teams and senior brand/agency marketers, providing frameworks, insights, and storytelling strategies that drive effectiveness.

  • Identify creative levers that influence ad performance across verticals and turn them into scalable best practices.

  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies for new creative products; drive education, pilot success stories, and accelerate adoption.

  • Use creative data and campaign analytics to validate hypotheses, measure performance, and refine creative methodologies.

  • Combine quantitative insight with qualitative storytelling — turning numbers into narratives and insights into action.

  • Build internal training modules, case studies, and frameworks that enable scalable creative transformation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or product GTM ideally within media agencies or brand consultancies.

  • Proven track record of data-driven storytelling, connecting creativity to measurable business growth.

  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in content performance, audience insights, and creative measurement.

  • Deep understanding of Singapore & Malaysia’s market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and regional nuances (broader Southeast Asia experience is a plus).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage senior stakeholders and simplify complex insights.

  • Collaborative, self-driven, and comfortable operating in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Background in product marketing, creative consulting, or advertising optimization.

  • Ability to bridge left-brain logic and right-brain imagination — turning insight into influence, and strategy into story.
