As we scale, we are looking for a Content Strategist who understands how to create content that not only attracts views, but also converts audiences into valuable leads.
About the Role
We are looking for a Content Strategist who can plan, create, and execute high-performing content designed to generate both audience growth and qualified leads.
This role combines content strategy, performance marketing thinking, and storytelling. You will work closely with hosts, producers, editors, and the partnerships team to ensure every piece of content contributes to both platform growth and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Lead Generation
Develop content strategies that generate both views and qualified leads
Identify high-intent topics within Koocester’s niches (homes, autos, business, wealth, lifestyle)
Design content funnels that move audiences from viral discovery → trust → conversion
Integrate strong calls-to-action within content to drive form submissions and enquiries
Content Creation & Execution
Plan and execute short-form and long-form content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
Work with hosts, interviewees, and creators during filming
Ensure storytelling is engaging, credible, and aligned with Koocester’s tone
Collaborate with editors to optimise content structure, pacing, and captions
Performance Marketing & Optimisation
Apply performance marketing principles to content strategy
Analyse content performance and iterate based on data
Optimise hooks, titles, and storytelling to improve watch time and engagement
Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion rates
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with the partnerships and sales team to align content with lead generation goals
Collaborate with producers and editors to ensure smooth production workflows
Contribute ideas for campaigns, collaborations, and new content formats
Requirements
Experience & Skills
Experience in content strategy, performance marketing, or digital media
Proven experience creating or managing high-performing social media content
Understanding of content funnels and lead generation
Strong storytelling ability with an eye for audience engagement
Familiarity with analytics tools and performance metrics
Comfortable working with creators and production teams
