We are looking for a versatile Product & Marketing Officer to be the operational heartbeat of our team, ensuring our products and promotions move seamlessly from concept to customer.
The Opportunity: Where Accuracy Meets Action
This isn't just a desk job—it’s a multi-faceted role where you sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. You will be the go-to person for product intelligence, pricing accuracy, and the flawless execution of marketing collaterals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling product enquiries and ad-hoc product orders, providing necessary support to the Sales and Customer Service teams.
Maintain and update the master price list and ensure product article statuses are kept accurate and up to date.
Process and manage suppliers’ invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Proofread marketing collaterals and follow up on production timelines to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Monitor the production process and liaise with printers to ensure deadlines are met.
Support the implementation and improvement of work processes and procedures to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to support and achieve the company’s objectives.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager or supervisor
What We’re Looking For
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 years of hands-on experience in marketing coordination or product support. (Experience in Retail, Publishing, or FMCG is a major plus!).
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
