Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing assigned corporate/key client accounts, ensuring strong performance and excellent customer experience.

• Own and drive the performance of assigned Corporate / Key Clients
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and communication
• Act as the dedicated focal point for clients on day‑to‑day business matters and escalation handling
• Attend to client requests proactively and identify business opportunities to secure commitments
• Participate in and prepare quotations for tenders, when required
• Prepare management reports and client performance reports / presentations
• Monitor clients’ MQC performance via Power BI (PBI) dashboard
• Prepare presentations for all trades during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and client meetings
• Promote and cross‑sell MSC services to existing clients

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree holder in any relevant discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in key account or corporate client relationship management (preferred)
• Able to work independently with strong initiative and ownership of tasks
• Strong focus on customer experience and service excellence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player who believes in collaboration and teamwork
