Job Responsibilities:
Manage and improve customer onboarding and lifecycle KYC processes, including workflow digitalization and process enhancement initiatives.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from requirement gathering and implementation to launch and post-release optimization.
Collaborate with Legal & Compliance, Risk, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.
Participate in projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product launches and enhancements to online banking services.
Develop and implement product strategies and initiatives to support business growth and revenue targets.
Conduct periodic review and updates of policies and procedures (P&P).
Provide internal product and process training to business teams.
Support ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by the team lead.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Candidates with equivalent professional qualifications and relevant experience will also be considered.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banking product management, preferably with exposure to:
Corporate online banking
Cash management
Client onboarding / KYC process enhancement
Product governance
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Independent and proactive with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently with strong follow-through.
Able to work effectively under pressure and manage tight timelines in a fast-paced banking environment.
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external Chinese stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
