As a ID Country Operations Associate
- Intern, you will support the Quality and Knowledge Management and Training Program Managers in day-to-day business operations and projects administration.
You will provide liaison support between in-house and external vendors, identify process improvement areas, and contribute to maintain and optimize Standard Operating Procedures. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Liaise between in-house and external vendors to support the execution and completion of program deliverables.
- Root Cause Analysis: Support the Quality Program Managers in reviewing issues raised by teams to obtain the root causes and work with the team to develop appropriate action plans, following through with implementation.
- Tool and SOP Optimization: Learn and effectively use a variety of internal tools and platforms.
Support the Knowledge Management and Training Program Managers on optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through solid SOP understanding and ensuring operational consistency.
- Policy & Process Updates: Stay informed on the latest policy and process changes.
Proactively adapt to new requirements and integrate them into day-to-day workflows.
QualificationsMinimum Qualification(s):
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required to communicate with key stakeholders based in the Indonesian market.
- Ability to convey information clearly and follow instructions accurately.
- Detail-oriented, organized and highly meticulous in work.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Comfortable with digital tools, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic productivity software.
- Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in documentation and process flows.
