The Creative Associate is a dynamic and forward-thinking professional responsible not only for producing high-quality graphic assets and compelling visual campaigns, but also for planning and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and online performance. This role combines creative design excellence with digital marketing expertise, including SEM/SEO, campaign planning, and backend platform management.
Working closely with the marketing team, the Creative Associate will enhance the company’s visual identity, strengthen its digital presence, and optimize online channels for performance and engagement. The ideal candidate brings a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to design, strategize, and implement marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary creative professional with a passion for design, marketing, and digital growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Content Development
Graphic Design: Create visually compelling graphic assets, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Campaign Development: Conceptualize, design, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Social Media Content: Develop daily graphics, Instagram artworks, reels, and multimedia content aligned with marketing objectives.
Content Creation: Support and execute photography and videography, including editing and post-production.
Marketing Strategy & Digital Growth
Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
SEM Management: Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
SEO Implementation: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings.
Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Digital Platforms & Backend Management
Website Management: Update, maintain, and optimize the company website for both user experience and SEO performance.
Backend Setup: Manage backend systems including website CMS, analytics tools, tracking pixels, and marketing integrations.
Marketing Tools Integration: Set up and manage email marketing platforms, automation tools, and CRM systems where applicable.
Innovation & Collaboration
Research & Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, marketing tools, and emerging digital strategies.
Collaborative Brainstorming: Participate in ideation and strategy sessions to improve brand communication and marketing effectiveness.
Asset Management: Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all creative and marketing assets.
Requirements
Creative & Technical Skills
Strong graphic design skills with excellent typography sense
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Knowledge of photography, videography, and content production
Basic image retouching and editing skills
Knowledge of 3D software is a bonus
Marketing & Digital Skills
Proven experience in marketing strategy, digital campaigns, or growth marketing
Experience with SEM platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and optimization
Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Search Console)
