About the Team
The TikTok Shop Creative Team is dedicated to crafting visual and UX designs that enhance the user experience on TikTok Shop for various campaigns, social media initiatives, and more. This design team consists of globally recognized visual designers, 3D specialists, motion designers, and UX designers. Our team members possess a profound enthusiasm for TikTok as a platform, along with in-depth expertise. We are brimming with innovative concepts that will drive the product forward into the future.
Responsibilities:
1.Concept Development: Demonstrates strong conceptual thinking capabilities. Comprehends the operational requirements and objectives of E-Commerce. Collaborates with operation and marketing strategists through brainstorming sessions to formulate the core narratives for the concept;
2.Assist Art Direction: Employs industry-leading production practices. Keeps abreast of the latest trends, resources, and innovations in creative design, thereby stretching the boundaries and enhancing the creative output of TikTok Shop's creative design;
3.Campaign Key Visual Execution: Translates the core concept into visual form, develops the key visual elements and associated visual assets, leveraging tools such as Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and others. Contributes to the establishment of visual guidelines;
4.Maintenance of Design Assets System: Participates in and sustains the TikTok Shop Visual Identity guidelines and assets library.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1.Creative design experiences in tech companies or design agencies;
2.1-3 years experience visual design or art direction; prior experience working on E-Commerce related operational campaign projects is preferred;
3. A portfolio of best-in-class creativity that connects brands with audiences digitally and beyond;
4.Fluency in Chinese and English (will need to cooperate with departments based in China)
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Master’s degrees of visual design required - visual communication;
2.A depth of knowledge in digital culture and the audiences that populate them;
3.Have conducted in-depth research on AIGC-related tools and products and can use them proficiently.
