We are looking for a Creative Lead who can own how the brand is experienced across retail, product, and content and translate that into commercial outcomes (traffic, conversion, sell-through). It is about making the brand coherent, desirable, and impossible to ignore across every touchpoint.


What You Will Own
1. Brand System & Consistency

  • Define and maintain a tight, recognisable visual and verbal identity

  • Ensure consistency across :Retail stores, Social media (IG, Telegram), Packaging, E-commerce

  • Build a living brand system (not static guidelines)


Everything looks and feels unmistakably Unbottled.


2. Retail Experience & Visual Merchandising

  • Own in-store experience design. Product placement, Customer flow, Feature tables and drop zones

  • Develop quarterly VM playbooks seasonal resets for all stores.


We're looking to achieve higher dwell time, stronger conversion, clearer product focus.


3. Campaigns & Product Drops

  • Lead end-to-end creative direction for launches including the Narrative, concept, Visual direction (shoots, assets),In-store execution, Social rollout.

  • Ensure every drop feels like a moment, not just a release


4. Content Direction

  • Own creative direction across:Social content, Campaign shoots, Retail visuals

  • Build clear shot lists, references, and briefs

  • Ensure output is recognisable within 1 second. Clean, intentional, and non-generic


Success = content builds brand equity, not just fills a calendar.


5. Creative Operations & Team Leadership

  • Build systems for scalable creative output

  • Manage internal designers / external creatives / agencies

  • Create repeatable workflows for:Campaign development,Retail updates, Content production


What We Are Looking For

  • 5–8 years in creative / brand / retail experience roles

  • Strong taste level with a bias for minimal, structured aesthetics

  • Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands

  • Proven ability to translate creative into commercial outcomes

  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on

  • You focus only on visuals, not outcomes

  • You need perfect conditions to create

  • Your portfolio shows variety but no point of view

  • You cannot think in terms of systems and scale

  • You treat retail as decoration, not a conversion tool


How Success Is Measured

  • Store conversion rate improvement

  • Sell-through of key drops

  • Brand consistency across all channels

  • Speed and quality of campaign execution

  • Strength of in-store experience
