Creative Marketing Manager

🎯 岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
🎨 Creative & Visual Direction（核心）

• Lead the visual direction of all marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
  负责公司所有广告及营销活动的视觉创意方向（线上及线下）


• Conceptualize and produce creative content (images, short videos, posters)
  构思并制作创意内容（图片、短视频、海报等）


• Develop and maintain brand identity and visual consistency
  建立并维护品牌视觉体系（Brand Identity）

• Plan and create engaging content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu
  负责TikTok、Instagram、小红书等平台的内容策划与制作


• Bring creative storytelling ideas to life through visual content
  通过视觉内容实现品牌故事表达

• Work with marketing/ads team to optimize ad performance through creatives
  与广告团队合作，通过创意素材优化广告效果


• Conduct A/B testing on creatives (visuals, videos, copy direction)
  针对不同创意素材进行测试（图片、视频、文案方向）

• Elevate brand aesthetics to be trendy, premium, and distinctive
  提升品牌调性（更潮流、更高级、更有辨识度）


• Ensure all visual outputs align with brand positioning
  确保所有视觉内容符合品牌定位

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communication or related field
  美术、设计、视觉传达等相关专业本科及以上学历

• Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and visual storytelling
  具备优秀审美能力、创意能力及视觉表达能力


• Portfolio is REQUIRED (applications without portfolio will not be considered)
  必须提供作品集（无作品集不考虑）

• Experience in photography, videography, or content creation is a plus
  有摄影、视频制作或内容创作经验优先


• Familiar with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite / CapCut / Canva
  熟悉设计或剪辑工具（Adobe、CapCut、Canva等）

• Experience in F&B / lifestyle / consumer brands


• Experience creating viral or high-engagement social media content

有餐饮、生活方式或消费品牌经验者优先
有爆款内容经验优先

This role is highly creative and visual-driven. Candidates without a strong portfolio will not be considered.
