The Role

Our paid creative engine runs fast. This role keeps it fed.


You'll sit inside our in-house creative team, working directly with our Creative Strategist to source content built for paid social. You own the creator side end-to-end. Finding the right people, negotiating rates, briefing them strategically, and making sure what gets made is exactly what the team needs.


You know TikTok and Instagram like a native. You understand what performs for women in English-speaking markets and use that instinct to inform every brief you write.


Paid social is the primary focus. There's scope to grow into organic social, the website, and beyond.


Full-time, Monday to Friday. Global remote. Start date: ASAP.


What You'll Own


  • Creator sourcing, briefing, and negotiation. Find and vet the right creators. Write briefs that get results, not just followed. Negotiate rates, manage budgets, and own the relationship from first contact to final delivery.


  • Creator roster management. Manage an established creator roster. Know who's performing, keep them aligned, and develop the strongest into deeper brand partnerships.


  • Creative collaboration. Work with our Creative Strategist and in-house creative team. Translate direction into action. Keep the pipeline ahead of demand.


  • Quality control. Last set of eyes before anything moves forward. High bar, every time.


What We're Looking For

Must-haves:



  • 3 to 4 years in creator or influencer management. Briefed, managed, and delivered content that performed. Not just sent DMs.

  • Native understanding of TikTok and Instagram content for women in English-speaking markets.

  • D2C or e-commerce background. Fashion, beauty, or women's lifestyle especially.

  • Sharp communicator. Inside a fast-moving team and externally with creators.

  • Strategic instinct. You think about why content will work, not just whether it looks good.

  • Organized under pressure. Multiple creators, briefs, deadlines. Nothing drops.


Bonus points:



  • Experience across US, UK, Australian, or Canadian markets

  • Worked inside a performance or creative team

  • Comfortable with influencer platforms and sourcing tools
