Responsibilities

About the team The TikTok Shop Singapore Creator Growth Team sits at the intersection of content, commerce, and partnerships. We are responsible for building and scaling a high-performing ecosystem of top creators and vertical talents who drive sustainable GMV growth through content-based e-commerce. The team focuses on three core pillars:


  • Creator Acquisition & Incubation – Identifying and nurturing high potential creators aligned with TikTok Shop’s vertical strategies.

  • Merchandising & Matchmaking Excellence – Optimizing the pairing of quality products with the right creators to maximize conversion and sales impact.

  • Campaign & Ecosystem Growth – Designing structured programs and incentive mechanisms that unlock creator activation, retention, and revenue growth.

In this role, you will drive the end to end strategy for acquiring, incubating, and scaling high potential creators within assigned verticals. You will build structured incubation frameworks, optimize creator–merchant matching strategies, and translate data insights into actionable growth plans that drive GMV performance. Responsibilities


  • Recruit, screen and connect with high potential content creators and vertical talents matching our e-commerce positioning.

  • Design and implement a complete creator incubation system, including content positioning, video style, shooting guidance and account growth strategy.

  • Responsible for overseeing the Merchants & Creators matchmaking strategy.

By matching high-quality products for creators, to drive GMV and help creators grow.


  • Optimize matching SOP and product tools, guide creator manager to achieve matching pair / GMV goals;

  • Formulate and implement diverse creator campaigns and programs to constantly motivate creator activation and achieve overall sales goals by verticals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 3 years or more experience in e-commerce or affiliates

  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications


  • Strong knowledge and experience of short videos

  • Strong connections with creators and agencies

  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving.

  • Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
