CRM Executive (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of membership and loyalty campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, and reactivation.
Plan and deliver engaging, channel-appropriate content across CRM platforms (EDM, SMS, etc.).
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including segmentation, data extraction, deployment, and performance tracking.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance; conduct A/B testing (e.g. subject lines, send timing, messaging) to optimise results.
Provide insights and reports on CRM performance to improve customer engagement strategies.
Work closely with stakeholders to enhance CRM platforms and personalise customer communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve membership-related feedback and enquiries.
Support ad-hoc CRM and marketing initiatives as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
1–3 years of CRM/loyalty marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or retail.
Experience in EDM/SMS campaign execution and customer data analysis.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP essential).
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Adobe Campaign) or basic HTML knowledge is an advantage.
