Job Description:
Support and execute CRM strategies to boost customer satisfaction and engagement, run CRM activities following brand guidelines.
Oversee the full lifecycle of customer feedback, ensuring prompt acknowledgment and timely resolution.
Handle complex complaints, escalated cases, and low survey scores according to SOPs.
Maintain the CRM system to ensure data integrity, PDPA compliance, and the generation of business intelligence.
Produce weekly/monthly reports on service levels, feedback trends, and sales funnel performance.
Assist with marketing events, customer service initiatives, and ad-hoc management tasks.
Job requirement:
1–3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in CRM, customer service, or automotive industry
Strong analytical skills with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
