Description
Our client is a FMCG MNC, one of the leading players in the sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a CRM Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of CRM Executive:
Plan and execute membership campaigns and marketing automations to drive acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, and reactivation
Develop engaging, channel-appropriate content across EDM, SMS, and other CRM platforms
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including segmentation, data extraction, deployment, and performance tracking
Monitor and analyse campaign results; conduct A/B testing to optimise content, timing, and effectiveness
Leverage CRM systems to deliver personalised and dynamic customer communications
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and resolve membership-related feedback
Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in any discipline
Min 1 year of CRM experience in FMCG industry
Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
