Description
We are implementing Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud & Agentforce AI) across all outlets. We need a tech-savvy CRM Executive to drive this transformation.
You will bridge technology and luxury retail—enhancing VIP engagement, streamlining sales, and driving revenue through data insights. You will be the primary Salesforce Administrator for 50+ users across 6 outlets.
Key Responsibilities
System & Support
Manage user access, roles, and permissions for 50+ users
Provide first-line support to outlet managers and sales reps
Create reports/dashboards for CEO and Outlet Managers (VIP dormant lists, sales by boutique, appointment conversions)
Monitor daily data integration
Manage Salesforce releases and updates
CRM & VIP Engagement
Oversee VIP customer database
Execute targeted campaigns via Marketing Cloud and WhatsApp Business API
Manage automated appointment scheduling (Salesforce Scheduler) and Agentforce AI routing
Organize client engagement
Develop data segmentation strategies for 6 boutiques
Data & Reporting
Analyze customer data to uncover trends and growth opportunities
Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations
Prepare client behaviour and campaign reports for senior management
Create training materials and conduct training sessions
Support UAT for system enhancements
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related
1 to 2 years in CRM management
Experience in the luxury retail, jewellery, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
· Proven Salesforce Administrator experience with Certification Familiar with Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud
Strong Excel skills with ability to translate data into insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train non-technical staff and present findings to senior management.
