Role Overview

As CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Executive, you will own customer communications across the lifecycle, from onboarding to retention & re-engagement. You will work closely with the Chief Growth & Experience Manager & the Content & Communications Specialist to deliver timely, personalised, & high-impact communications.


You will manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across email & WhatsApp, powered by strong data segmentation & automation. This role blends strategic thinking, creativity, & analytics, with a strong focus on engagement & retention.


Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution

  • Support end-to-end CRM campaign execution


  • Build, schedule, & deploy campaigns across email & WhatsApp


  • Ensure campaigns meet both customer & business objectives


  • and all other CRM-related automation initiatives, workflows, and operational activities



Segmentation & Personalisation

  • Create & manage audience segmentation strategies


  • Personalise communications based on behaviour, needs, & lifecycle stage


  • Continuously refine targeting to improve engagement



Database Management

  • Maintain high-quality customer data hygiene


  • Update & manage CRM databases for accuracy & completeness


  • Track customer interactions across email, website, sales, & support touchpoints



Performance & Insights

  • Evaluate campaign performance via ActiveCampaign


  • Monitor email KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion, & retention


  • Identify trends, churn risks, & growth opportunities


  • Prepare reports & insights for management



Loyalty & Engagement

  • Support loyalty, rewards, or membership programmes


  • Develop engagement journeys that build long-term habits & retention



Compliance & Data Protection

  • Ensure CRM activities comply with PDPA, GDPR, & relevant regulations


  • Follow best practices for consent management & data security



About You

  • 2–5+ years experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing


  • Strong background in data segmentation & campaign targeting


  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Braze


  • Analytical mindset with comfort reading campaign data


  • Detail-oriented & highly organised


  • Strong collaboration skills


  • Interest in healthcare & preventive health a plus
