Senior CRM Executive (12-Month Contract)
We are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join our team during an exciting phase as we roll out our CRM program across the region. In this role, you will help support local markets, improve CRM performance, and ensure smooth operations across our Salesforce platforms.
You will work closely with different teams to manage CRM data, generate insights, support users, and help drive business growth through CRM and loyalty initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up CRM projects and ensure smooth data flow.
Support and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and Service Cloud activities.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during CRM system rollouts.
Assist users with CRM-related questions, troubleshooting, and system support.
Extract reports and analyze CRM data to support business decisions and improve campaign performance.
Monitor CRM KPIs such as customer growth, engagement, and sales impact.
Maintain data quality through regular data checks, uploads, and clean-ups.
Work with development teams to identify and implement CRM enhancements.
Provide training and onboarding for new CRM users.
Create helpful documentation such as user guides and FAQs.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of experience in CRM, loyalty programs, or lifecycle marketing
Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms is an advantage
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities effectively
Salary range : S$4,500.00 - S$5,500.00
Location : Downtown
