Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven CRM roadmaps and Lifecycle Marketing strategies (acquisition, onboarding, retention, loyalty). -
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities and turn data into actionable insights for personalization. -
Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications). -
System Optimization: Oversee the CRM technology stack (Mindbody), ensuring data integrity, hygiene, and proper segmentation. -
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between (IT, Sales & Marketing) teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals. -
Reporting: Create, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to stakeholders
